Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field.
• 2–4 years in communications, public affairs, marketing or similar role.
• Experience with communications strategy, writing, and public relations.
• Experience updating website content and newsletters using a CMS and email platforms.

Responsibilities

• Write, design, and distribute internal and external newsletters on a regular schedule.
• Draft and edit brochures, handouts, one-pagers, and other print materials.
• Update HCAO website content and coordinate with IT for updates.
• Support internal communications including intranet and internal emails.
• Draft social media copy to support content calendar.
• Create materials including presentations and internal documents.
• Maintain editorial calendars and track deliverables and assets.
• Assist with light project management to ensure branding consistency.
