Job summary

Harris County Attorney’s Office in Houston seeks a Multimedia Coordinator to tell the office story through graphics, photography, and video. You will concept, shoot, and design for email and print to elevate visibility and community connection.

You will report to the Multimedia Specialist and contribute to campaigns, events, and internal communications with a focus on brand consistency and audience engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2–4 years of experience with graphic design, content creation, and photo/video production.
• An Associate Degree may be substituted for additional experience.
• Strong working knowledge of related equipment and software.
• Experience creating graphics for a variety of formats and use cases (e.g., social media, email, flyers).

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, email, flyers, and print materials.
• Support content for HCAO's social channels and assemble posts across platforms.
• Monitor and respond on social media in coordination with Communications team.
• Report on engagement metrics and basic analysis.
• Capture and edit photo and video content highlighting office initiatives.
• Support live event coverage, including press conferences and community events.
• Collaborate on digital campaigns, including graphics and printed materials.
• Uphold brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Assist in broader Communications and Outreach Division activities.
