We are seeking a highly skilled technical content developer engineer with experience in developer‑focused documentation, such as API docs and Microsoft Learn content, to ensure compliance with established standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Leverage AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) and prompt engineering to automate and standardize documentation workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation in Markdown format with a focus on clarity, scalability, and consistency.
• Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to validate and enhance AI‑generated documentation frameworks.
• Streamline documentation processes to improve efficiency and output quality.
• Ensure all content adheres to Microsoft Learn standards for structure, tone, and style.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in content development or technical documentation.
• Proficiency in Markdown and AI‑assist tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, prompt engineering).
• Experience with automated documentation generation and workflow optimization.
• Solid understanding of API and developer documentation best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent written and reading proficiency in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience creating content for Microsoft Learn or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Azure or .NET.
• Exposure to documentation‑as‑code practices or CI/CD integration.
