Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Content Designer to craft clear product messaging across email, in-app, and web touchpoints. You will collaborate with Product, Design, and Legal to ensure messaging aligns with user needs and business goals.

You’ll develop content frameworks, support campaigns from ideation through testing, and advocate for a content-first approach in product decisions, while working in a remote-first environment across the US.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in copywriting or content design within product/tech.
• Experience writing email, in-app, and web messages.

Responsibilities

• Write and refine product messaging across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Legal & Compliance.
• Develop messaging frameworks and templates for scalability.
• Drive content strategy for campaigns from ideation to testing.
• Ensure voice and tone align with brand and user needs.
• Analyze performance metrics to inform content iterations.
• Work with legal/compliance to meet regulatory standards.
