Job summary

FrameShift is a Roblox game studio based in Miami seeking a video content creator to showcase our games through devlogs, trailers, showcases, and short clips. You will shape formats and pacing, prioritizing end results over process.

You will build a regular posting cadence across platforms, keep a consistent brand voice, and report what works with performance data. Collaboration with the team will align content to major updates and launches.

FrameShift is a Roblox game studio based in Miami. We started in 2024 with a simple goal: make games on Roblox that are actually worth playing. We're a small team — which means the people we bring in have a real say in what we build and how we build it.

About this role

Making videos about our games — devlogs, showcases, trailers, short clips. You'd have a lot of say over the format. We care more about the end result than how you get there.

You Will

• Produce video content including devlogs, trailers, showcases, and short-form clips
• Develop a consistent posting cadence across agreed platforms
• Maintain brand voice and visual consistency in all published content
• Report performance metrics and surface insights on what's working
• Coordinate with the team on content timing around major updates or launches

You Have

• A YouTube or TikTok channel with game-related content
• Video editing, commentary, or both
• Some understanding of what gets views in the Roblox space
• Can turn around content on a reasonable schedule
