Qualifications

• Experience in influencer outreach, partnerships, or game marketing.
• Existing connections in the Roblox creator space is a real plus.
• Can handle back-and-forth negotiation and follow through on it.
• Organized - you'd be tracking a lot of moving pieces.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to creators, studios, and partners who are a good fit.
• Negotiate and manage collaboration and cross-promotion agreements.
• Track active partnerships and keep outreach pipelines organized.
• Measure the impact of growth initiatives and report back to leadership.
• Stay on top of trends in the Roblox creator space.
