Team Red Dog is looking for a Content Coordinator to support our global technology client in managing and maintaining high-impact internal content and workshop operations. This fully remote opportunity allows you to work cross-functionally with engineering and business teams, focusing on the delivery of critical content assets that support AI innovation, Power Platform adoption, and internal enablement programs.

Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  • Content Formatting & Management: 8+ years of experience managing and updating high-quality content, including PowerPoint and Word-based assets.
  • Operations Support & ADO Management: 6+ years working with Azure DevOps (ADO) for task tracking, creating stubs, managing workflows, and summarizing results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: 4+ years working with engineering, business, and program management teams to deliver cohesive, well-organized documentation and content assets.

Opportunity Overview: This is a high-impact role with excellent visibility and the chance to directly support the internal programs driving next-generation AI and Power Platform adoption. You'll be working with a well-connected, innovative team and have the opportunity to support programs and workshop content used by some of the world’s largest enterprise customers.

How you will make an impact:

  • Manage and update content deliverables, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and workshop delivery assets
  • Curate and analyze workshop feedback, summarizing outcomes to inform improvements
  • Oversee formatting updates to documentation including PowerPoint presentations and Word files
  • Create and manage tasks in Azure DevOps to support workflow and project tracking
  • Support the launch of new internal programs such as webinar series and Kickstarter workshops
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams and other internal stakeholders to ensure all materials are current, accessible, and aligned with business goals

The expertise you bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in content formatting and content management
  • 6+ years of experience in operations support and using Azure DevOps
  • 4+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Experience analyzing feedback and translating it into actionable outcomes
  • Experience managing content for webinars, workshops, or internal training is highly desirable

What makes a candidate highly successful in this role:

  • Ability to independently own deliverables, keep feedback organized, and proactively follow up
  • Previous experience supporting internal programs, especially content-focused workshops or webinars
  • Ability to understand the big picture while delivering on operational details
  • Experience in working with Power Platform or Copilot Studio is a bonus, though not required
