Job summary

Ironman 4x4 North America seeks a builder‑level content and community professional to own the rhythm across content, community, and customer proof. You’ll turn questions, installs, trips, and dealer feedback into useful content that drives revenue and grows the right audience.

You’ll collaborate with product, e‑commerce, sales, and leadership to ensure content is accurate, engaging, and actionable, while building systems that scale beyond one‑off posts.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in content, social, community, brand, e‑commerce, or automotive marketing
• See content as a business engine, not just publishing
• Love outdoors, vehicles, gear, and enthusiast communities

Responsibilities

• Own the day‑to‑day content and community rhythm, including calendar and publishing cadence
• Turn customer questions, installs, trips, reviews, and dealer feedback into content
• Coordinate with product experts to ensure technical accuracy in content
• Support product pages, email/SMS campaigns, and conversion paths
• Maintain daily community engagement: comments, DMs, sentiment, questions, feedback
• Produce monthly dealer content packs and campaign assets
• Manage UGC pipeline: sourcing, permissions, deployment, tracking
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, and brand partners; support podcasts and stage follow‑ups
• Leverage AI and modern tooling for briefs, transcripts, captions, variants, reporting
• Publish a simple weekly scorecard and learning loop
