Job summary

Infinite Dream Technology seeks a Marketing Content Coordinator to own the content and campaign engine feeding top-of-funnel activity—organic social content, event promotion, and marketing motions that drive qualified leads into the orientation tour pipeline.

You will produce weekly organic content, support geo-targeted campaigns, and collaborate with Ranch leadership to ensure brand consistency while tracking content performance for monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in content creation or marketing.
• Photo/video capture and basic editing.
• Strong writing and visual storytelling.
• Willingness to work on-site at the Ranch.

Responsibilities

• Produce property-level organic content (photo and video) on a consistent weekly cadence across social channels.
• Support geo-targeted digital campaigns directed at Staccato 2011 owners.
• Create promotional content for marquee events, including SHOT Range Week and We The Free.
• Build and maintain a content calendar aligned to the orientation tour pipeline's 200-qualified-lead-per-month target.
• Produce supporting content for retention programming that feeds referrals back into Discovery.
• Coordinate with Ranch leadership and the broader Staccato brand marketing team to maintain brand consistency across channels.
• Track content performance and report monthly.
