Responsibilities

• Create a high-volume content production system across formats (video, posts, ads, landing pages).
• Build repeatable workflows and repurposing pipelines to scale output with minimal headcount.
• Manage paid distribution across Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels; measure and optimize.
• Translate customer wins and founder POV into on-brand native stories within privacy rules.
• Establish daily shipping cadence and iterate quickly based on results.
