Job summary

Think Academy US is seeking a seasoned Community Content & Growth Specialist to build our organic brand presence on Reddit, Quora, and other relevant online communities. You will craft credible, helpful content that reflects Think Academy’s expertise without being overly promotional while managing our subreddit.

The role involves researching conversations, writing posts and replies, engaging with users, and tracking performance to uncover growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of hands-on experience managing Reddit and Quora.
• Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills.
• Strong ability to analyze user intent and audience needs.
• Familiarity with Reddit culture, subreddit rules, moderation, and engagement best practices.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Strong ownership of projects and results.

Responsibilities

• Research relevant conversations, questions, and user needs on Reddit and Quora.
• Write high-quality posts, comments, and answers that provide real value to users.
• Manage Think Academy’s subreddit, including content planning, posting, engagement, and moderation.
• Build relationships and maintain a credible presence in relevant communities.
• Track content performance and identify new growth opportunities.
