Swell Partners is seeking a senior leader to drive Content Engine & Design‑to‑Development enablement for a Fortune 100 client. The role focuses on enterprise CMS governance, architecture, and AI‑assisted content workflows to deliver scalable, personalized experiences.

You will partner with product, AI, and operations teams to shape a future‑ready content platform and ensure efficient delivery across channels and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• 7+ years specializing in enterprise CMS, content platforms, or digital product delivery.
• Experience leading agile delivery and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of content architecture, taxonomy, and metadata.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Business Product Managers and AI Product Manager to shape content and design‑to‑development platform capabilities.
• Define and maintain the enterprise CMS platform vision and modern design‑to‑development pipeline.
• Translate business needs into content platform solutions with governance and lifecycle ownership.
• Lead backlog planning, prioritization, and architectural sequencing.
• Ensure quality and deployment readiness through collaboration with UAT and stakeholders.
