Betches Media is seeking a collaborative, detail‑oriented social media expert to manage the operational side of the main Betches social vertical. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes organizational efficiency, loves a good system, and has an understanding of how quickly things move in the world of social media.

This role reports to the Director of Entertainment Content and will work closely with the Content Managers of the main Betches account, as well as cross‑functionally with multiple departments, including studios, web, branded, and marketing. You should have demonstrated strong attention to detail, be extremely organized, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

If interested, candidates should have receipts, proof, timelines, and screenshots of all relevant work experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Working with Content Managers to map out a content calendar for the Betches Main Instagram account, balancing original content with branded and promotional needs
• Obtaining permissions from creators for curated content
• Helping to develop and maintain a content calendar system and staying on top of all upcoming events, dates, and deadlines
• Overseeing scheduling of Betches Instagram content via Meta Business Suite
• Posting content to Betches Instagram Stories, including on evenings and weekends as needed
• Working with the data team to ensure timely completion of analytics information
• Developing Betches’ voice on Instagram through community engagement and interaction

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of social media strategy, organization, and logistics experience
• A demonstrated ability to execute social media strategy in a detail‑oriented manner, with solid writing skills that can be adapted to the Betches voice
• Knowledge of, passion for, and experience with established and emerging social media platforms
• The agility and flexibility to work in a small, fast‑moving team and a growing business
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Quick, witty creative mindset with a knack for ideation and thoughtful experimentation
• Availability for posting and additional coverage needs on evenings and weekends
• Proficient in Canva, Asana, and/or Meta Business Suite a plus

Compensation

The expected hourly rate for this role is $25-$30 an hour, and a commitment of up to 20 hours per week.
