Betches Media in New York is seeking a Post-Production Supervisor to oversee and evolve post-production across podcast and video departments. You will set standards, ensure brand voice consistency, and lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced production environments.

The role requires strong collaboration with analytics, operations, and creative leadership. You will manage freelance/vendor workflows, optimize processes, and drive initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and timely delivery

Description

Betches is seeking an experienced and highly organized post-production leader to oversee and evolve the processes, workflows, and editorial standards across its growing podcast and video departments. This role is perfect for a strategic and enthusiastic production leader who has experience overseeing post-production across multiple shows, platforms, and content formats simultaneously. The ideal candidate is collaborative, process-oriented, solutions-driven, and comfortable leading teams in a fast-paced environment.

As Post-Production Supervisor you will be a key leader on the Betches production team and work closely with members of the podcast, video, social, creative, operations, and analytics teams. You will oversee cross-platform post-production execution, establish standards for editorial quality and delivery, and ensure that workflows support both creative excellence and business priorities.

You will lead and develop members of the post-production team, oversee freelance and vendor workflows, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve how content moves from production through final delivery. You have ample experience with both in-person and remote production workflows, as well as a strong understanding of the social landscape, platform requirements, and distribution strategies.

• Audit deliverables and establish checkpoints to ensure consistency with the Betches brand voice and evolving creative direction.
• Shape the team’s platform education strategy and ensure deliverables are optimized for YouTube, TikTok, Reels, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Analytics to evaluate platform performance and evolve post-production practices based on audience behavior and content performance.
• Oversee post-production calendars, delivery pipelines, handoffs, and vendor timelines across multiple ongoing projects.
• Identify workflow, staffing, and resource needs and recommend solutions that improve efficiency and creative quality.
• Ensure that all post-production is running smoothly and that projects meet established quality standards, specifications, and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in post-production, podcast/video production, or production management.
• Experience leading post-production teams, team leads, freelancers, and external vendors.
• Experience overseeing post-production across multiple shows, series, platforms, or content formats simultaneously.
• Experience handling resourcing, calendars and budgets
• Strong editorial judgment and an understanding of pacing, comedic timing, storytelling, and brand voice.
• Demonstrated experience developing and improving post-production workflows, review processes, and delivery standards.
• A strong understanding of the social landscape and how content should be edited, versioned, and distributed across platforms.
• Experience partnering with creative, production, operations, and analytics teams.
• Passionate, curious, and enthusiastic about the content that Betches covers.
• Highly collaborative, with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
• Proficient in audio and video post-production and file/media management workflows, including Google Drive, Adobe, Asana, StudioBinder, Descript, and Pro Tools.

Compensation

The expected annual base salary for this role is $110,000 - $115,00. Years of experience, skills, and other factors such as location are considered when determining the salary offered. Total compensation and offer package will include the following perks below.
