Job summary

Google Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead Construction Technology and Data initiatives across Global Data Centers. You will drive multi-disciplinary programs, plan requirements, manage risks, and communicate tradeoffs to executives and engineers.

You will scale construction tech, integrate BIM/VDC workflows, and build dashboards for key metrics. You will coordinate with stakeholders to standardize data architecture, enable automated reporting, and pilot AI-driven site-tracking

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Data Analytics, or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program management.
Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) tools (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, CAD, Autodesk Construction Cloud, estimation software, or production planning tools).
Experience with data analysis and visualization using Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
Experience with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) data standards (e.g., WBS MasterFormat or UniFormat classifications).

Responsibilities

Lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from initiation through delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage schedules.
Communicate analyses and tradeoffs to executives and engineers.
Drive scaling of construction tech, data capture, and dashboards for KPIs.
