Job summary

Google is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary construction projects from start to finish. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

As part of the Technical Infrastructure team, you will drive execution strategies, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and scale best practices across Google’s data center portfolio while ensuring timely delivery and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of program management experience.
• 2 years of experience managing multi-group, multi-disciplinary construction projects and designs.
• Experience creating prefabrication work packages for construction.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and support of team initiatives and goals; develop charters, align resources and schedules.
• Support the development of prefabrication execution strategies and work packaging initiatives for North American data center construction.
• Manage project progress, risks and mitigations; analyze complex construction challenges and communicate updates to leadership.
• Gather internal requirements and deliver end-to-end customer solutions from construction to deployment; engage with supply chain partners to scale practices across the data center portfolio.
• Resolve critical issues to protect project timelines and costs; drive consensus across partner organizations.
