Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Northbrook, IL is seeking a Contact Center Supervisor to lead the Patient Registering and Scheduling call center. The role requires coaching, performance management, and KPI-driven improvements in a fast-paced environment.

The onsite position offers a full-time schedule (Mon-Fri with occasional Saturday). Compensation ranges from $24 to $26 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of contact center supervisory or lead experience.
• Experience handling escalated callers and service issues.
• Ability to work a schedule that includes a Saturday once per month.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to a contact center team to ensure timely and professional calls.
• Coach staff to meet sales goals and targets, handling pivots and objections.
• Monitor performance and produce KPI-driven reports and insights.
• Develop and update scripts and communications for continuous improvement.
• Interpret call center data to adjust staffing and coverage as needed.
• Lead by example during peak times and handle day-to-day tasks when required.
