You will assist customers and prospective customers by phone and email, providing account information, processing transactions, and routing inquiries to the right departments.

Salary: $27.50/hour minimum. Job/salary offer would be commensurate with job level and experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, some weekend coverage
