Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills across audiences.
• Customer service and contact center experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a high-quality consumer experience by applying nutrition knowledge and effective communication across multiple channels.
• Manage product complaints from consumers, customers, healthcare professionals, and FSF representatives with proper documentation and escalation.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Medical Safety to communicate outcomes, identify trends, and drive improvements.
• Promote brand loyalty and consumer satisfaction while following company guidelines and regulatory standards.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, PCI requirements, and internal SOPs while balancing consumer needs and business risk.
