Abbott in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Consumer Relations Quality Coordinator to act as the Voice of the Consumer, resolve product complaints, and protect brand reputation through strong risk management. You'll collaborate with Quality Assurance, Medical Safety & Surveillance, and other teams while delivering accurate information across channels.

You'll support regulatory compliance, use analytics to identify trends, and contribute to continuous improvement, including on-call coverage and crisis

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Sciences, Nutrition, Business, Liberal Arts, or related discipline.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Customer service and contact center experience preferred.
• Understanding of Abbott Nutrition products and customer base.
• Ability to balance consumer satisfaction with business needs.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to perform during crisis situations and periods of heightened risk.
• Technical aptitude to work across multiple systems and technologies.
• Proven ability to balance speed, accuracy, attention to detail, and service quality.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality consumer experiences and manage product complaints.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance, Medical Safety & Surveillance, and cross-functional teams.
• Support regulatory compliance and risk management while following FDA regulations.
• Support sales management with tools and real-time analytics for strategies, execution and measurements.
• Assist in handling metabolic emergencies, product actions, recalls, media events, and on-call rotation.
