Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality consumer experience by applying nutrition knowledge and effective communication across channels.
• Manage product complaints from consumers, customers, healthcare professionals, and FSF reps with documentation and investigations.
• Partner with QA, Medical Safety & Surveillance, and cross-functional teams to communicate outcomes and mitigate risk.
• Promote brand loyalty and consumer satisfaction while adhering to guidelines and standards.
• Apply sound judgment to balance consumer needs, business risks, and Abbott Nutrition's reputation within regulatory requirements.
• Utilize consumer engagement systems (Five9, TrackWise, Salesforce, chat, social media) for investigations and reporting.
• Provide support during crises and participate in rotating on-call schedules.
