Qualifications

• By the start of the internship, should have completed one year of study.
• Background investigation will be required; drug screening may be part of offers.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day duties of the Office of Attorney General.
• Answer toll-free line to help consumers with their issues.
• Learn consumer protection topics such as lemon law, travel statutes, charities, cyber security, ID Theft, etc.
• Support investigators on research and organizing case files for upcoming cases.
• Prepare cases and attend state fairs in the Consumer Protection booth, interacting with the public.
