Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong communication and customer-relations skills.

• Basic computer skills with Windows and MS Office.
• Eligibility for insurance licensing in order to sell voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business with customers.
• Evaluate customer needs to recommend loan products.
• Complete loan applications, proposals and offers and follow up.
• Explain loan processes and answer questions.
• Close loans and manage folders.
• Consistently meet or exceed loan goals.
• Service day-to-day servicing of a growing loan portfolio.
• Process insurance claims, follow-ups and payments daily.
