Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in consumer, home equity, or business loan processing preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process consumer and business loan files, verify terms and signatures.
• Prepare and verify loan documents for closings.
• Authenticate income, assets, and employment; gather stipulations for underwriter.
• Coordinate closing and funding once conditions are met.
• Ensure lending procedures comply with internal policies and regulations.
