• Manage post-booking life of consumer loans and perform required servicing.
• Apply policies using internal systems and guidance to resolve issues.
• Track liens, titles, and related documents for collateral.
• Coordinate with dealers and vendors to resolve refunds and payments.
• Ensure accurate credit bureau reporting and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve loan servicing problems.
