Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge and understanding of consumer lending, loan terms, credit underwriting, and consumer lending regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-closing file review for quality check and determination that all pre-closing requirements and conditions have been met.
• Coordinate closings with borrowers for electronic closings (DocuSign) or with originating Relationship Managers for in-person closings.
• Perform post-closing file review to ensure loan documents executed correctly and post-closing requirements met.
• Coordinate bookings and fundings with Loan Operations Department.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of loan documentation.
• Ensure adherence to policies and service level agreements; support affiliated charters to build relationships.
