Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience underwriting or in a consumer financial position.
• Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to follow guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite consumer loan applications and assess risk and compliance.
• Approve/deny loans or escalate decisions with partner credit unions.
• Maintain SLA performance and ensure timely responses to borrowers.
• Adhere to BSA/OFAC and USA Patriot Act requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments on guideline changes.
