The position involves reviewing insurance, appraisals, and documentation, with duties including reporting and training support for lending staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of lending experience preferred.
• 2 years consumer lending experience focusing on policy/procedures recommended.

Responsibilities

• Process all new applications in a timely manner, including required insurance and document preparation.
• Gather, analyze and interpret loan information to prepare files for approval or denial.
• Create monthly reports from the automated consumer loan system and Excel.
• Order and review flood certifications, title policies and appraisal requests.
