Responsibilities

• Assist branch employees with consumer loan applications and information collection.
• Meet with loan customers, provide product details, rates, fees, terms, and collect required documents.
• Pull credit reports, verify information, underwrite loans per bank policies.
• Communicate loan decisions to branch staff and coordinate closings.
