Job summary

Ent Credit Union and Wings Credit Union, formed by a January 2026 merger, seek a Credit Card Specialist I to support past-due credit card accounts. You will conduct outbound calls, assess hardship, and offer payment plans while ensuring compliance with state and federal laws in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, using multiple systems, and guiding members to payment options such as ACH, service center, or payment by phone.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years' financial services experience with a focus on credit cards.
• 1+ years' Credit Card Collections preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform an early-stage consultative collection role utilizing various resources to collect on past due credit card accounts, including negotiating payment arrangements.
• Direct the cardholder to appropriate payment options (ACH Bill Pay, Service Center, Payment by Phone, etc.) via outbound and inbound calls.
• Interview card-holding members by phone to determine financial hardships, present payment options such as payment plans, and account modifications.
• Navigate multiple internal systems while maintaining accuracy and adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
• Document all member interactions accurately and adhere to Bank Secrecy Act policies.
