Job summary

Community Bank, N.A. is seeking a Direct Lending Analyst to review consumer loans for compliance, quality control and underwriting adherence. You will analyze credit data, communicate decisions to customers, and support loan system testing and updates.

The role requires attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced banking environment. Hours are 40 per week with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree strongly preferred.
• May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Review Consumer loans for compliance and documentation requirements.
• Review Consumer loans via various Consumer loan platforms.
• Perform credit analysis and investigations per bank policy.
• Communicate loan decisions to customers in a timely manner.
• Assist with testing loan system updates and daily Direct Lending operations.
• Provide periodic reports to Supervisors and management.
• Cross-sell other bank loan and deposit products.
