Job summary

Community Financial System, Inc. (CFSI) is seeking a Direct Lending professional to review consumer loans, analyze credit, and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. The role supports daily Direct Lending operations and cross-sells loan products.

Hours are typically 40 per week, with potential shift variations; compensation includes benefits and opportunities for advancement within Community Bank, N.A. in Upstate NY and surrounding regions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• May be required to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Review Consumer loans via the Consumer LOS for compliance and documentation.
• Perform credit analyses and investigations per bank policy.
• Communicate loan decisions to customers promptly.
• Assist with testing loan system updates and daily Direct Lending operations.
• Cross-sell other bank loan and deposit products.
• Maintain awareness of laws and internal controls.
