Job summary

Arizona Federal is seeking a Consumer Lending Specialist in Phoenix to drive lending results by identifying and capturing loan opportunities. You will manage applications from multiple sources, run outbound loan campaigns, and support indirect onboarding, ensuring a mutually beneficial relationship with members.

The role requires a GED or high school diploma, 1 year in a financial institution with consumer lending, and MLO registration.

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or GED and 1 year experience in a financial institution with consumer lending experience.
Ability to type 45 words per minute and 10-key accuracy.
Must be able to read, write, speak, and use proper English grammar.
Must register as an MLO and comply with related licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Receive, manage, and process loan applications from multiple sources (phone, web, branch, mobile).
Manage outbound loan campaigns including Preapproval, Loan Recapture, Indirect, Carvana, and Member’s Auto Center.
Handle Indirect onboarding and follow-up for business opportunities.
Follow up with members to secure mutually beneficial relationships via phone or electronic communications.
Fulfills loan requests through online and electronic signature technology.
Maintain knowledge of equity products, services, and processes.
Act as liaison between Underwriting, Loan Support, Branches and Equity Processing teams.
Originate equity loans and identify 1st Mortgage opportunities.
