Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED and three years of experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge of computers and ability to type 45 words per minute.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; interpret financial documents and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain equity and consumer loan records within Symitar per member requests.
• Assist in research for loan maintenance and vehicle titles; propose solutions based on findings.
• Resolve escalated issues with members and staff, ensuring follow-through.
• Support Compliance and Consumer Lending Operations during system clean-up and validation.
• Handle insurance related tasks, claims, and liaise with lenders and vendors.
• Process accounts payable/receivable and manage monthly vendor reconciliations.
• Coordinate vehicle lien perfection with commercial team; liaise with AZ MVD and third parties.
• Ensure adherence to policies and regulatory requirements; report trends impacting loan processing.
