Client Growth Resources, Inc. is seeking a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney with a strong litigation background to join a premier AmLaw 100 firm's Consumer Financial Services practice.

The role involves representing banks and financial institutions in disputes related to loan servicing, credit reporting, and related matters across multiple U.S. offices. Strong writing, research, and leadership abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions preferred
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members
• Strong writing, analytical, and professional judgment
• Excellent research, communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, nationally integrated practice

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, support clients responding to investigations
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team
