Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representing financial institutions.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is advantageous.
• Ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.
• Strong writing, analytical, and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate strategy and developments.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on high-impact matters within a national team.
