COMPANY NAME: AmLaw 100 firm seeks a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate with 3+ years of litigation experience to join its nationwide practice representing banks, lenders, and financial institutions.

The ideal candidate will handle sophisticated consumer financial services disputes, including FOA-related matters, and collaborate with senior attorneys on high-profile matters across multiple offices.

Formación

• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions is preferred
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is advantageous
• Independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members
• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, national practice environment

Responsabilidades

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government investigations
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team
