AmLaw 100 Firm is seeking a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join its practice. The role includes representing banks and financial institutions in a broad range of disputes and may be based in any U.S. office location.

Formación

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representing financial institutions preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA advantageous.
• Independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.

Responsabilidades

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.
