Zaddy Solutions is seeking a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney in multiple U.S. offices.

The role targets a talented attorney with at least three years of litigation experience to handle a broad range of consumer financial services disputes for banks, lenders and financial institutions. The position offers sophisticated litigation work within a collaborative practice, with opportunities for growth outside of the traditional partnership track and a national, integrated team

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with commercial litigation and representation of financial institutions preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA advantageous.
• Independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members.
• Strong writing ability, analytical skills, and professional judgment.
• Excellent research, communication, leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and thriving in a fast-paced, nationally integrated practice.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts.
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations.
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents.
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team.
