Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Experience with consumer financial services and commercial litigation preferred.
• Background defending matters under FCRA, FDCPA, and TCPA is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation.
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings in state and federal courts.
• Provide legal and regulatory guidance; communicate case strategy and developments.
