Job Juncture is representing a premier AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Consumer Financial Services Career Associate Attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience to join its practice. The role entails representing banks, lenders, loan servicers, and other financial institutions in a broad range of disputes across the United States.

The ideal candidate will have a JD from a top-tier law school, active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction, and the ability to independently manage

Qualifikationen

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing
• 3+ years of substantive litigation experience
• Experience with commercial litigation and the representation of financial institutions is strongly preferred
• Background defending matters under the FCRA, FDCPA, and/or TCPA is advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage cases, lead projects, and supervise junior team members
• Strong writing, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent research, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, nationally integrated practice

Aufgaben

• Independently handle a broad range of consumer financial services litigation, including commercial disputes and matters involving federal and state consumer protection laws
• Participate in hearings, depositions, motions practice, and other proceedings across state and federal courts
• Provide legal advice and regulatory guidance, communicate case strategy and developments, and support clients responding to government and agency investigations
• Prepare pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery responses, and related litigation documents
• Work closely with senior attorneys and partners on high-impact matters within a collaborative, nationally coordinated team
