Qualifications

• 3-8 years of general litigation experience; class action experience is a plus.
• Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation experience and/or other consumer litigation experience preferred (but not required).
• Stellar writing and communication skills that allow you to advocate effectively with clients and on their behalf.
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and high emotional intelligence.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Top law firm experience, or a combination of law firm and in-house experience.
• Federal Clerkship experience is a plus.
• Must be licensed in the state that you reside or have the ability to waive in.

Responsabilités

• Work on background screening cases in collaboration with other attorneys.
• Prepare pleadings, memos, and legal filings for background screening matters.
• Contribute to case strategy and work both independently and as part of a team.
