Job summary

Truist in Orlando seeks a senior credit risk leader to oversee risk management for consumer credit portfolios across adjudication, policy, and loss mitigation. You will guide large, complex decisions and partner with underwriting, fulfillment and servicing leaders to manage risk and drive portfolio performance.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong analytics, and proven leadership across multiple lending lines including Direct to Consumer, Small Business, Mortgage, and Auto.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent education.
• 10 years of credit-related experience including complex lending structures and modeling.
• 7+ years of related experience across consumer, small business, mortgage and wealth lending.
• Strong leadership, governance, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide credit risk management direction and leadership to assigned portfolio segments.
• Perform forensic credit analysis to identify issues and actionable corrective plans.
• Oversee risk management techniques in key portfolio functions and governance.
• Review origination, servicing and policy processes for risk improvements.
• Participate in risk committees and ensure alignment with risk appetite.
