Job summary

Ally is offering an 11-week paid internship in Charlotte, NC, May 21 — July 31, 2027, 40 hours/week, with a mix of in-office and remote days. You’ll support the Deposits team, learn digital product lifecycles, and gain exposure to cross-functional collaboration across design, analytics, and business stakeholders.

You’ll collaborate with designers, present your work, and have opportunities to return to Ally in an Early Talent Program, a full-time role, or another internship after graduation.

Qualifications

• Rising Junior or Senior in a full-time undergraduate program.
• Eligible to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship from the company now or in the future.
• Available for the full duration of the internship.
• Interest in financial services and technology is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, usability, content strategy, engineering and business stakeholders.
• Assist design/content team in making Figma files dev ready.
• Support UX practice and contribute to product enhancements.
• Present work and share insights on user experience to influence product direction.
