Job summary

Busey Bank in Champaign, IL seeks a Consumer Banking Data Information Analyst to develop, maintain, and enhance reporting and analytics that inform business growth, pricing decisions, and customer activity. You will partner with Retail, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, and Corporate Insights to translate goals into actionable dashboards and metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred in business, finance, data analytics, information systems, economics, statistics, or related field.
1+ year of experience in BI, reporting, analytics, or data management preferred.
Exposure to banking/financial services or retail operations beneficial.
Experience with Cognos, Power BI, Tableau, Excel.
Understanding of data governance, QA, and reporting best practices.
Knowledge of SQL and database concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and scorecards that support Consumer Banking performance.
Utilize Cognos, Power BI, and other reporting platforms to create and distribute analytics.
Support routine and ad hoc reporting requests from business partners.
Monitor deposit rates, cost of funds, and interest expense trends with insights for balance sheet decisions.
