Qualifications

• Experience using HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems.
• Data reconciliation and basic analysis.
• Maintaining confidentiality when handling associate information.

Responsibilities

• Support administration of associate benefit programs by maintaining data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems.
• Perform regular benefit reconciliations by comparing vendor invoices to payroll deductions and resolve discrepancies.
• Track benefit expenses and assist with budget monitoring and cost analysis.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve billing, eligibility, and claims issues.
• Maintain detailed records to support audits and internal controls.
• Support wellness program administration and participation tracking.
