Job summary

ERM seeks an early‑career Consulting Senior Associate, Land Services Project Coordinator to join our team in Philadelphia, PA or Ewing, NJ. You’ll support Project Managers and Partners across due diligence, documentation, budgeting, and reporting to move land and right of way projects forward efficiently.

You’ll work with a global environmental consulting leader, gaining exposure to high‑impact projects and collaborating with experienced professionals to build a solid foundation for long‑term

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet.
• Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work collaboratively and independently.
• Flexible, organized, and able to handle changing priorities.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality project support across multiple tasks.
• Perform due diligence on land and right of way projects, including easement review and landowner parcel research.
• Interface with clients as needed.
• Maintain project databases and generate periodic reports.
• Create, edit, and format documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Assist Project Managers with project budgets, change orders, and close-out forms in BST database.
• Provide operational support to Partners and Project Managers, including sales and budget reporting, cadence call coordination and follow-up, and action item tracking.
• Complete work assignments on time and in alignment with ERM’s formatting and quality standards.
