Dematic is seeking a Consulting Coordinator in Plano, TX to support the Consultative Services Team. The role focuses on coordinating schedules, maintaining project systems, tracking milestones, and ensuring stakeholders stay aligned with business objectives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in coordinates/administration roles.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively with a problem-solving mindset.
Able to work independently while supporting a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

Own project setup across business systems.
Coordinate project and resource scheduling, including calendar and capacity planning.
Maintain systems and task trackers for internal reporting.
Organize and document internal and external meetings.
Track execution milestones and deliverables to ensure deadlines.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and escalate issues as necessary.
Assist in preparation for customer facing and external reporting.
Facilitate communication with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
