Staffmark Workforce Solutions, part of Staffmark Group, is seeking a Project Coordinator in Plano, TX. The role focuses on maintaining project management processes, deadlines, metrics, and budget with support to a project manager or director.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong Excel/data analysis skills, and experience with preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership. This is a contract opportunity with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
• Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis, data visualization, and reporting; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsabilidades

• Service Planning and Administrative Support
• Establish and maintain communication across business units or from the project team to the organization
• Project support including creating reports, PPTs, and meeting recaps
• Reporting preparation for Senior leaderships
• Strategical thinking and collaboration for team targets
• Maintain storage and retrieval of project communications data and metrics
• Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
