As Consulting Manager, you lead complex client engagements, guide high‑performing teams, and build trusted relationships that deliver meaningful results.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of project management, strategy, operations, and/or change management experience.
• Experience as an Engagement Lead on consulting engagements is required.
• Ability to build trusted executive-level client relationships.
• Proven track record in coaching and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multi-workstream projects.
• Manage staffing, roles, and ways of working throughout engagements.
• Coach consultants and provide timely feedback to leadership.
• Maintain regular client communication and manage scope, risks, and changes.
